The facility features a 28,500-square-meter manufacturing area managed by an ERP system. The production environment is equipped with advanced machinery including automatic & semi-automatic welding machines, CO2 welding machines, automatic punching machines, wire & tube bending machines, and polishing machines. Product surface finishing options include powder coating, chrome plating, zinc plating, and zinc plated with powder coating.
To guarantee superior standards, 10 quality inspectors are deployed on the production line to perform full inspections of each shelf and post. The quality control process requires workers to execute self-inspections, mutual inspections, and sampling inspections based on the MIL STD-105G standard. New product designs and development are operated in-house by professional engineers and designers.
We regularly promote new concepts for DIY household products and hold proprietary patents. The facility has been certified by the NSF organization and has passed the factory inspections of BV, TUV, and GMC. Currently, the monthly output capacity exceeds 50 x 40' HQ containers.
