We have assembly instructions available. You can easily assemble it according to our guide. No tools are required for installation.
Are the top and bottom shelves adjustable?
Yes, they are adjustable. You can adjust them to your preferred height using the interlocking pieces. Make sure they are properly set in place to secure the shelves.
Can we get samples?
Yes, we can arrange samples for you if you require them for evaluation.
What is your MOQ and payment terms?
Our MOQ is 50 sets per size. Our standard payment term is T/T (30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of shipping documents).
Can we visit your production facility?
Yes, you are welcome to visit us. Please let us know your schedule in advance so we can arrange local transportation to pick you up from the nearest high-speed rail station.
Do you offer customizable options for the wire mesh decking?
Yes, we support customized sizing, wire spacing, and loading capacities based on your specific warehouse storage requirements.
