1. How to assemble the shelving? Would it need any tools?
We have the instruction of it, you can assemble it according to our instruction. It is easy to assemble without tools.
2. Are all the top and bottom shelves adjustable?
Yes. They are adjustable to a point you use the interlocking pieces to put the shelves where you want them, make sure you get them set in place though to secure the shelves.
3. How about the samples?
We can arrange the samples to you if you need it.
4. What is the MOQ? How about the payment terms?
Our MOQ is 50 sets per size. In general, our payment terms is T/T (30% deposit before production, 70% balance against copy of shipping doc.)
5. Can we visit your factory?
Yes, welcome. You are welcome to visit our factory. Please contact us to coordinate and arrange the schedule, and we can arrange our driver to pick you up from the nearby station.
6. What standard sizes of wire mesh decks do you offer?
We offer both standard Euro Sizes and American Sizes in various dimensions and loading capacities (from 300kg up to 1000kg) to fit different racking configurations.
